Anyone looking to reserve a character must reply here.
The way these reseves works is that a person can reserve a character for a week. This does not, however, mean that only that person can apply for that character. Rather, anyone can apply for that character, but the applications for said character won't be reviewed until the person who has reserved the character submits his/her application.
All fandoms are open, and any character can be reserved. Please submit a filled-out form in a comment to this entry.
