Have I mentioned how much I'm loving my Power Yoga class? I just went back today since Mark and I weren't supposed to exercise for the last 2 weeks while our bodies were adapting. We had a substitute instructor today, but the class was still awesome. My plan is to try to get some kind of exercise every day. It's looking like Yoga on Saturday, Pilates on Monday, Yoga again on Wednesday and NIA on Thursday, with plain ol' walking/cardio on the other days. We'll see if I can stick to it.
Needless to say, my body is getting used to the 800 calories, and I'm definitely enjoying having my energy back. So far, so good!
