the other day i tried a treadmill for the first time. i was all, like, "i'll totally set it for an eight-minute mile. i used to be able to run that, no problem!"
the first week was awful, but after that i felt great. i find that the cardio is indispensable, but that it is the weight training/weight machines that give me the most energy/results/benefits.
humans were not meant to sit at desks 40+ hours a week!

Today was my first day of working out.. in ..oh... a really long time!
My whole body feels like rubber now. I had trouble walking down my stairs after. I don't think I've done that many jumping jacks or push-ups in my lifetime. Oh and I concur about deskjobs. It's unnatural.

i just started working out again a few weeks ago.
