yeah. my truck caught fire today. bare starter wire welded itself to my oil filter and started a nice little fire that melted the wiring harness and starter and god knows what else. i burned my fingers getting the harness off the battery terminal and inhaled about 2 lbs of dry extinguisher chemical (which thankfully is mostly baking soda). anyway, my truck is crispy and is probably going to need all new wires and a new starter, and possibly a computer. i guess we'll see. this truck is going to make it to 200,000 miles. it's only 17400 miles away... no fucking wire fires are going to stop my plans.
everyone should have one of these. they work. $14 saved my truck's engine from completely burning up.
