Ok I have to share this...
Today the guy who has been noticing me for the past few months came in to get a coffee refill, and he asked me when I was leaving, etc. ...and then went to a table for about five minutes - when he passed me on his way out, he put a folded piece of paper on the counter and told me to read it when I got home. I did, and this is what it said:
I've always wanted to ask you out but thought I should leave you in peace at your place of work. But if you're not seeing anyone would you be interested in getting to know each other? I hope to hear from you.
I can't get over how polite he is - wow. Plus, I know he can't be an arrogant egocentric jerk since he gave me a handwritten note complete with wavering cursive.
In other news, I am graduating in five days.
