these heels were made for walking
a day out in town with Sity in heels! :D i have to say this, she had to ice her feet when she got home la. hahaha. ah well, i mean, we did shop for hours and hours {:
my feet were a little sore even before i met her tbh. running around at home in heels trying to put a proper outfit together is serious shite man. lol. headed down to 313, then Orchard Central before taking the train to Orchard [haha omg so loser] to Ion. first stop, TOPSHOP! i was a tad disappointed at the collection that's currently available in-stores, but mainly, am more upset by the amount of $ i had in my wallet. lol walked away with a new pet! :D got me this cutest Raccoon cropped sweater with my gift card. yayness. despite the price, it made me a happy girl! {:
next stop, New Look, where we can use Sity's staff discount vouchers muahaha. we ended up at the shoe section for quite a while to rest. haha. she was on the hunt for a new pair of heels anyway. it wasnt easy trying to decide which two pairs Sity should get, and deliberating if i really should get 1 or 2 pairs of flats. i mean, i didnt wanna spend money but they were like, less than 20 bucks each? and i like how the black sandals were edgy and the white flats were pretty and so so cute! Sity had a harder time though, the hot pink stilettos looked good but felt great on, the sneaker heels were tempting, the black ones look like they hurt but she really loved them, ditto them strappy ones. left them at the counter, then headed back to Topshop to check if they have the shoes i want in-stores.
i fell in love with quite a number of clothes this time round. that beautiful heavy-but-floaty red tank with the uneven hem and the denim bustier that i didnt get. sighh. bought yet another cropped top, a floral one with half sleeves. 'twas really flattering. very Mandy Moore in A Walk To Remember, only with lesser cloth.
got back for our buys at New Look before having Bali Thai for dinner. Tom Yum <3 spent the rest of the time camwhoring, kinda. haha. 'twas a good day and im happy with my buys. i need to work so i can afford to go back to Topshop to claim possession over more gorgeous things, and F21 accessories too!
