I never want this story to end! So many good things this time. Tenzo's interaction with Sakura at the restaurant literally made me melt. It's so cute how she was a bit shy and sneaking glances at him and chose to sit next to him when she got back! You've also managed to explain why Tenzo and Sakura are so close in the earlier chapters (which actually happen later).
And now for my favorite part of this chapter:
“Ne, Kakashi-san, where’s your shadow?” asked Nara Shikaku as they passed each other in the street.
Kakashi pretended to be too engrossed in Icha Icha to hear him.
“There’s a lot less pink in your wardrobe these days,” said Ichimaru after a jonin meeting.
Kakashi narrowed his eyes at the older man. “I’m late for a meeting

Oh man, this made me giggle with glee. I love it anytime Kakashi gets teased cause he's usually so strong, unshakeable and sure of himself.
Also it's nice to see that Kakashi is starting to realize that he's not quite sane and it was so funny that he suspects she got sick on purpose (he's in so much denial!). Won't he feel vindicated if he ever finds out she wasn't quite normal after all?
This was a great chapter and I can't wait for the next!

The story is shaping up to be quite long so I can guarantee that it won't end for ages and ages.

I'm glad the Sakura/Tenzo dynamic maps onto itself nicely. It's fun to write - especially since Kakashi can't (yet) decide if he's amused by it or bitterly jealous of it.

I love poking fun at Kakashi - and thus most of the characters I write do it.

The icon came from Google pics. I have no idea where it came from or who made it but I now have them for Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke. Sadly, Google pics didn't pull one for little Kakashi or Tenzo. WOE!
