Bored. Thus: Spam.

So, after seeing loleia's post about her favorite TV Kisses, I felt quite inspired to steal borrow the idea. A lot of cheesiness ahead. You have been warned.

Favorite TV Kisses Picspam.

Alphabetical order according to show title. I limited it to one kiss per couple so it wouldn't get out of hand. I'm also sure I forgot about 400 kisses, so I may add stuff later when I remember it :D ^^

Buffy/Spike

So many amazing ones, but I think my favorite will always be this one at the end of
Intervention. She learns what he did for her and Dawn, and she finally really sees him. Sees what he is willing to risk for her. And she goes to him, pretending to be the Buffybot, but he realizes it's her.

Willow/Tara

The Body is one of the most amazing TV episodes of any show ever, obviously. Because of the way it deals with death and loss, but also with love, friendship and support. There is an actual kiss-cap to go with this, and I debated for quite some time about which I should use, but the forehead-kiss, the beginning of the kiss, just breaks me every time. This scene is just the embodiment of why Willow and Tara are so wonderful together. Willow is so incredibly lost here, and Tara gives her the strength to go on, to be strong for Buffy. There is so much desperation and sadness and love in this kiss, it amazes me every time I see it.

Lorelai/Luke

This one was surprisingly easy to pick, considering how many sweet moments they have. But this kiss, from the end of
So...Good Talk, just literally took my breath away when I first saw it. The entire scene is so wonderfully done, without words, just the music from the TV in the background, Lore, alone and defeated, goes to the door and sees him and they just rush together. It is so very Hollywood, but on the other hand it feels so personal and intimate.

Rose/Bernard

Hehe, I bet this is one that the newer people on my flist didn't see coming. :D But yes, my absolute Lost OTP are not Charlie and Claire (♥) or any other of the major ships but these two. What really kills me about them is how real and quiet their love is. Even in S1, before we have any idea that Bernard really is alive, the way Rose talked about him always got to me. These are two people who have a real-life longtime love. They just know each other inside out and they are still there. And I can never ever watch their reunion without sobbing.

Jim/Pam

Let's go to something more predictable, shall we? ;) I probably don't need to explain this kiss to anyone on the flist, and everything that could be said about it has been said already. It's one of the most intimate yet grand TV kisses. I haven't watched the show from the beginning, and I was spoiled about the fact that the kiss would happen in this episode. That, however, didn't take away any of the beauty and intimacy and magic of the moment. These two, they kill me. ♥

Ned/Chuck

Oh Pushing Daisies, how you slay me. There is nothing that can be said about the insane adorableness of Ned and Chuck that wouldn't cheapen it, so I'll just ask everybody who for some reason is not watching this show yet to do so now! This was my favorite of their kisses yet, because it was sudden, unexpected, beautiful both emotionally and visually and because Lee Pace and Anna Friel have enough sparks flying between them to set the Pie Hole on fire.

Miranda/Steve

Oh Miranda and Steve. My SatC OTP. I love them so much, really. I realize it's a sappy predictable show, but I still love it, and I love them. This is from
One in season 6, and Miranda has spent the entire episode worrying about how fucked up she is because she can't say "I love you" to her perfect boyfriend and how she may never be able to say it. And then, in the laundry closet while preparing the birthday cake for Brady, Steve comes in, she sees him and the words "just fall out of her mouth". And they realize that throughout all the messes that happend between them, they still love love each other. They are "the one" for each other.

Veronica/Logan

I got chills just looking for the caps. Even after all this time, after I have rewatched it about 100 times, even with everything that's happened in the season that shall not be named, this kiss blows me away. I was not spoiled for this at all, it came as a complete surprise and my heart very literally skipped several beats. The desperation between them, with which they cling to each other, to hold on, all the messed up beauty of their relationship that will follow, it is all in this kiss.

Jaye/Eric

The perfect season and series finale for Wonderfalls. It is completely impossible to not ship them and not fall in love with Eric. And they finally get the happy ending they so completely deserve. I don't have all that much to say about it, actually. It was just perfect.

Mulder/Scully

How very fitting that last last of my TV kisses is neither an actual kiss nor was it actually on TV :D But technically it can be counted as both. And how could I not include the moment that made every X-Files fan die? The scene is so amazing, not at all flashy, but look at their faces! Again, I don't think I can say anything about this moment that hasn't been said, and everybody who has ever seen an episode of The X-Files knows it. Those who haven't... what are you still doing here? Go watch!

Okay, I'm off to watch Dirty Sexy Money. I finally had a chance to see this week's Chuck btw. This show just gets better and better and better. And I am a little in love with Ellie. She is seriously one of my favorite female characters on TV right now. ♥

Later, lovelies.
