Canadian filmmaker Mathieu Ratthe is trying to get Steven Spielberg to give him the movie rights to King/Straub's Talisman. In order to get his attention, he made a 6 minute Demo Clip that he apparently financed on his own. It looks seriously cool and if Spielberg is just gonna let the movie rights rot on a shelf for another decade, he should give this guy a shot.
