'the raven himself is hoarse that croaks the fatal entrance'

Hmmm.

"Sleep No More":  pretty much all I recall of the episode are the MacBeth quotes.  They were the highlight.  The rest of it?  I truly cannot remember any of the characters or what happened to them; "thin" doesn't begin to describe the hackneyed plot.  A thoroughly annoying episode, really.  I hope it ends up having nothing to do with anything else, because I'd hate to have to rewatch it.  Ever.

"Face the Raven"--ie, "Get Rid of Clara"  The farewell scene was good, but not compelling.  Capaldi sold the idea of the furious Doctor, who had to be talked out of unleashing his fury--but, frankly, I prefer when Matt Smith and Alex Kingston did this in "A Good Man Goes to War."  I'm sad Clara's gone, but I didn't really find the departure that upsetting--and I'd far rather that she would be allowed, simply, to walk off down the street, flowerpot in hand or whatever, to have a perfectly lovely life with wonderful memories of her grand adventures with an eccentric alien who might occasionally visit her while she lives that spectacular life........

Again, Smith and Kingston, to me, had the far more powerful parting.

And I'm still questioning wny the Doctor wears the Master's clothing.
