Sharing some music because I haven't in awhile!
Maria, from 200 Pounds of Beauty, this fantastic Korean comedy movie that Cam made me watch last weekend. It ran a little long, but it was really good; I totally recommend it. Anyway, that's basically their cover of Blondie's Maria, and in my opinion, it's so much better. Of course, it's even better when you see it in context of the film, but I heard the song before seeing the movie and it's still good.
Reasons to Love You by Meiko is this acoustic, folksy song, a more mellow and softer and a little bit sweeter Regina Spektor. Another song by her that I really like is Piano Song.
Photograph by Air, which was in the pilot of Gossip Girl (which I'm watching because it's filmed in Manhattan, the clothes are nice, the music done by the same person who does the music for Grey's Anatomy and The O.C.). Previously my only encounter with Air was the all-popular "Run," which is nice, but this one is just...PRETTY. Pretty and evocative and reminds me of ummm...Eberg's Inside Your Head except SOFTER.
I Need You by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill because hello, country + Tim + Faith. In the same vein, It's Your Love, Just To Hear You Say That You Love Me, Like We Never Loved At All, Shotgun Rider, and Let's Make Love. And the lyrics to I Need You are SO GOOD.

I miss 95.3 KRTY! I miss the Secret Sound that was impossible to figure out but kept everyone guessing. I miss the Secret Sound spoof/cover of Keith Urban's Someone Like You. I miss Tim Anthony! I miss hearing them play Keith Urban's I Told You So nonstop because I love that song and it sounds better on the car radio. And Guitar Slinger by Crossin Dixon, I've got southern comfort runnin' through my veins, and damn.
