You're PROBABLY doing it backwards. That happens to me sometimes. It's one of the pitfalls of being a long-haired person. First things first, though: have you brushed all the tangles out yet?

Your ARM got TIRED? That's no excuse! It needs to be brushed at least twenty-five times per day. I like to start with the bottom section before breakfast and work my way through. Less fatigue that way!
