Best friend, despite how reluctant Natsuno is to form any sort of bonds. In canon, Natsuno trusts Tohru and is the person he cannot actually kill, despite Tohru being a Shiki. However, Natsuno still carries a bit of distrust towards Tohru because his friend is the one that changed him into a Shiki, even though Natsuno wanted to find other options than just attacking people.
In Discedo, they are rooming together. This is in part due to Natsuno using Tohru as a spy in canon, but this way he can keep an eye on him.

TATSUMI ( SHIKI )

Tatsumi is the other werewolf that Natsuno is aware of. Not only does Natsuno not trust this guy, but he also loathes him. They've only met a few times before Discedo, and none of them hold nice memories. Natsuno remembers Tatsumi had been present when Tohru attacked and has almost been done in by this werewolf. As a Shiki, Natsuno hates him and wants him dead on principle.
In Discedo, that still stands. However, as death is not permanent, all Natsuno can do at this point is warn people about him and what he's really like.

SHIMIZU MEGUMI ( SHIKI )

Megumi is the reason that most of this has happened. She is the first victim and Tohru's murderer. For those things, Natsuno cannot forgive her and also wants her out of his life. She is also his stalker, both in life and in death. He cannot actually escape her and it irritates him to no end. Out of everyone, she is the one he cannot stand the most.
In Discedo, he's actually spoken with her. It's unavoidable, but he's already warned those closest to him about her.

Honestly Haru reminds Natsuno of Tohru so much it's not even funny. The guy is stubborn and doesn't seem like he wants to leave Natsuno alone. Frankly Natsuno's already accepted this. Haru is also aware of what Natsuno is and doesn't seem bothered by it, which is a plus. This guy is rarely serious and that also irritates Natsuno. Despite this, Natsuno still considers Haru a reliable guy and a good friend.

For everything Denmark is, Natsuno realizes the guy doesn't mean anything ill about the words that can come out of his mouth. He thinks it might be more ignorance than stupidity, which would explain quite a bit about this guy's behavior. Denmark is trying to help things, so Natsuno doesn't feel any sort of negativity towards this country.

Now America might just be stupid. It's hard to talk to him and know if anything actually sinks in or not. However, he's a friendly guy who is also just trying to help others. Natsuno sees that as more positive than negative. If America, or Alfred, wants to paint a target on himself by being another go-getter, more power to him.

Cas is one strange guy. That's really the only word Natsuno has for it. He isn't quite what he expected an Angel to be, but he supposes that's fine. Despite the regular attitude Natsuno usually gets from Cas, there is that moment of seriousness that he does appreciate. There is a little bit of trust there, but Natsuno is still a bit wary.

DEAN WINCHESTER ( SUPERNATURAL )

A guy who hunts demons and whatever else that is unnatural in the world. For that, Dean actually has Natsuno's respect. However, Dean's a wary guy, which Natsuno is all right with. It just doesn't seem Dean uses his brain, which Natsuno believes could get him into trouble.
