After manymanymany moons I have finally revamped submenu with a new layout, featuring D.gray-man artwork by the doujinshi circle CIEL. I was initially going to cheat and reuse the last layout's header but that didn't work out too well so I ended up making a new one anyway. ]: The userinfo will be undergoing a revamp as well (just not today).
& while I'm here, I would like to pimp saiunkoku-icons, which is moderated by our resident yankumi. So if you like Saiunkoku Monogatari and/or make Saiunkoku Monogatari icons, go check saiunkoku-icons out. It would make us very happy if you did.
