THE LOCATION:
Albert Dock: Liverpool, UK.
A set of five brick, iron and stone buildings built on the water in this English city. The buildings were once home to a complex dock and warehouse system, but now host a score of restaurants, hotels and museums - all of which have been shipped out to accommodate for the main event.

THE CONCEPT:
Twenty-eight all star competitors leave their keyboards behind for the real world. What happens when you introduce these people, who are so used to strategies based on online interaction, to the concept of actually playing face-to-face with the people they've known for years. It all comes down to this, the ultimate clash of strategies, alliances and deceptions - it's Web of Lies.

Competitors compete in challenges set throughout the old warehouses, hotels and restaurants - in teams based on the floor they occupy. But sometimes the floors are filled with people who may not even know each other, or like each other. Each floor has a room with 24 hour video feed where contestants can rant and rave about the game and must submit votes for each week's elimination round.
