I was working outside and a law enforcement officer came by and asked me questions about the house across the street that has recently become pretty unkempt looking. I answered a few of his questions about the how frequently I see people in and out, which was pretty much never. Yay!! I'm helping!
I'm developing this strange relationship with my rubik's cube. I'm not sure which is my favorite part of the cube. While learning to solve it nearly every part of it was exciting. But now when solving it I feel like it's almost a chore and I can't wait to get it over with. I guess I feel this way about the time I have one side and 2 layers solved. For some reason though after I'm done I can't help but just scramble it up again and start over. The cycle starts again in the same spot and it becomes tedious after 1 side and 2 layers are done. I guess the best part of the cube is mixing it up and the anticipation of what is to come.
I imagine this is the point where a rubik's cube and its owner experiment and try new things such as speed solving, blind-fold solving, foot-solving, stuff like that.
I don't think either of us are ready to make that next step in our relationship, though, but I still think very highly of it.
