Scream loud, scream sayonara

Okay so I got bored enough to write an update..

The past few weeks have been spent applying to every office job I can find, so far without any success.
The only thing that did go as planned was getting a haircut, so all the hairybeastmanness is gone :(

Managed to get out on Sunday night to head up to London with Jazz and Ben, originally planning to go to the Shisha bar and have a few drinks, etc., but didn't really get round to that o.o
5 minutes after getting to Trocadero and passing through the arcade, all the machines suddenly turn off and an alarm starts going off, with a looped "Warning: There is an emergency situation in your area, please evacuate the building" message being played over the PA system. Everyone in the arcade seemed about as confused as the staff, who just stood around looking puzzled about what was going on, and didn't exactly help the apparent 'emergency evacuation'. The place was still being evacuated 20 minutes later, by the time we'd made it downstairs - then back up, back down, back up again, and finally back down after a member of staff finally decided to start guiding people xD

Walking through to the exit, all the stores were being closed one by one, and on passing the candy store Ben suggested we go in, fill up a bag, and hope that in the commotion of evacuating everyone they don't pay attention to making us leave with bags of free stuff, so Jazz waited by the exit while we went in and tried. 2 minutes later one of the staff walked up to Ben and just snatched the bag from him saying "come back after the evacuation's over", then walked into the back room of the store, leaving me standing in the middle of the store with no staff around. Trying to look as innocent and confused as possible, with a Trocadero security guard pointing people to the exit, I managed to get to where Jazz and Ben were waiting without getting stopped, so yay for free candy xD

Once they'd let everyone back in, we headed back upstairs. Then 2 minutes later, the alarms went off again, so back outside we went.

We decided to wait around outside for a while, to see if we could get back in, but got bored and had a look around for things to do. After a few minutes, Ben found a fire escape a few doors down, so we decided to see if there was a way to get back into the Trocadero inside. Alas, all the doors that led back in were locked, but we found a window leading onto a balcony 4 floors above the street, and right on top of the Trocadero entrance. Ben and I wanted to climb out to pelt people below with cola cubes and such, but Jazz didn't want to get arrested, so waited outside to watch from the street, and apparently we narrowly missed getting him in the face with a handful of cola cubes. As we came down from the balcony and met up with Jazz, Ben realised we were getting followed by a security guard so we started walking the other way, then as he began to chase us figured we'd run a few blocks and then get a few drinks before heading home. So yeah, random night o.O

Other than that, job hunting sucks - might have some luck with a local post office tomorrow, but we'll see..

Good month though, still a few things to worry about but that's not getting posted here xP

And in your head do you feel
What you're not supposed to feel
And take what you want
But you won't get it for free
You need more time
'Cause your thoughts and words won't last forever more
But I'm not sure if it'll ever work out right
But it's ok. It's alright

When you're lonely and you start to hear
The little voices in your head at night
You will only sniff away the tears
So you can dance until the morning light
At what price
