BUT

many people who bottomed out at school have gone on to be rich and successful have gone on to be society drop outs, addicts, alcoholics, benefit scroungers, hookers, underage parents, in debt, depressed, suicide stats.. these r jus the people ive met in my short, crazy life.. an i wear some of those labels myself. i kno u kno this shit anyway. i left school at 15 an i regret it every day. no amount of imagination is gettin me a job.. except mayb the one i've got, lol. ok, so im ramblin.. but, omg i fink school is so important, an ok, pass marks mite not secure u an interestin life, but no marks aint securin u SHIT.
Take a year out, the fings u was tellin me ur considerin sound great.. but then go back to school dude. seriously consider it anyways. Ur 21, u got all the time in the world to work. I really fuckin admire u for draggin urself thru Uni wiv all the pressures an everythin i kno about the past, the future, the now, u kno that. an I got ultimate faith in u.. whichever road u end up followin, i kno it aint gonna be a waster one. Ur one of the people thats gonna make it. Thats somefin i hold on 2.
of course, ur other option is runnin away wit me to south america, startin a naked commune an growin all out own veg n keepin cows lol.

yeah man. i totally agree with everything u said. like... grades DO mean something these days. but its reassuring and nice to know that for the people who dont particularly have grades or schooling can go on to make something of themselves, thats a great sign of hope. some people choose to leave school, the ones who have it hard up... like some of the homeless kids i met... can STILL achieve something. gives me hope. and makes me think (for once) that the world can sometimes be a nice place. obviously, it seems harder for people without grades, and that is the SOLE reason i'm still at uni. oh and the partying and the drugs and the booze and the sexy bums everywhere and tax dodging and the lack of responsibility and being able to wake at 4pm and *clings to youth* and....yea u get the point lol.

i still dont know what to do about the year out. im only wanting to do that to get my head back into gear, earn some money, save up, go back to uni for the final year...or i may not even take a year out.. just get the final year done and dusted... i duno. but following uni i can elope to south america with ya ..u can initiate the naked commune and invent a new introductory handshake involvin peens/breasts and mouths..*pissing myself*.

lets do Brazil. RAAAAAAAAH :)
