le temps qui glisse est un salaud

The intersection of Keira Knightley, James McAvoy, Ian McEwan and the Second World War was already something likely to completely break my brain, so it's probably a good thing nobody told me they were making this film, but then I saw the pictures, and I just, yeah. I lasted right up until the one where he's in UNIFORM and sfjdiodgjiofdg. (Also, I've always been a bit ambivalent about Keira Knightley's looks, although I enjoy her acting, but these are truly the most stunning photos of her I've ever seen.) So basically, F and I now have plans for my first weekend in Victoria this fall. He doesn't know this yet, but that's so beside the point.

Have been at Starbucks for freaking ever. Starting to develop a serious crush on the hotass Persian dude who works here; not nearly as productive as yesterday, but still making progress. Hopefully I'll have this story done and ready for beta magic by tonight. IF I CAN STOP READING THE INTERNETS, THAT IS.

Oh, and just so I can find the link later (and because, uh, y'all are geeks just like me): here's what B's getting for Christmas this year. (Thanks to rethought for the link!)
