at last!

Today i came one step closer to fulfilling my yearning to create release through drums. Travis and i went to music 6k's new shop to look at their selection of drum kits. shiny pearls are sooo desirable. but a beginner like me should not be putting down a grand or so on a starter set. i opted for a digital drum kit, although i declared that i would be getting a hand drum or a glockenspiel to provide the true vibrations of a percussion instrument. i went with the alesis dm5kit, not very expensive or very big, but it has so many optiions and would be incredibly easy to
create beats and record. eventually, when i'm more comfortable with making noise, i'll be looking into getting a real set.
so right now Travis is putting the drum gadget together and i'm painting the art room, transforming it into my own marvelous space!
