I want to lose five pounds. Problem is, I truly can’t find the time to exercise like I used to and I never feel like cooking anymore (which means I resort to eating comfort foods). I feel so stuck! However, look at what I made myself for lunch today!
Brown rice, chicken cooked in peanut sauce, water chestnuts, and potatoes (I improvised with what I had).
P.S. I’m really excited about tonight’s Golden Globe awards. I’m also really looking forward to a new season of American Idol (tomorrow) as well as a new episode of Commander in Chief (also tomorrow) and new episodes of Lost and Invasion (Wednesday). It’s funny. I seem to have no time to exercise or cook. But I somehow find the time to watch everything on television. I used to HATE TV. When did I become such a loser?
