oh boy. you can tell its the holidays now. the shoppers are mean and sour :P the minut amount of snow here kept the nice people away. this nutjob comes in with pants she bought 2 weeks ago. apparently from me, but i highly doubt it. there's a couple threads stuck in the zipper at the bottom and the pants have already been altered. so what does she want? first she gets pissed that we don't have an onsite taylor. what the fuck. so there's nothing i can do. she gets bitchy so i tell her what the problem is and i remove the fibers while she bitches at me. after all, its my fault Mexx doesn't have a taylor. so i get it working good as new..... and she's pissed. "so thats it? you're just going to pick at it for a few minutes with sissors?" Um. yes. and pissed, she moves the zipper up and down to find it moving easily. then she instructs me that that wasn't the problem that the zipper is misaligned. jesus fuck.

crazy dame. i tell her i can hang on to it and run it past the store manager and decided if its defective. and that wasn't good enough. holy shit. she FINALLY leaves pissed, after ranting about what i'm going to do for her in 6 months when the zipper breaks. i told her we'd tak care of it as long as it was the defective zipper and not human error :D eat a dick lady.
and another defective human female came in and bitch at me too because she had to wait in line. holy sweeting fucking shit. she came and found me in the store and got in my face because apparently a dead monday night was a bad time to train someone. there was like 5 people in the store, a nd only 2 people in line, her being hte 2nd. and she bitches me out for like 5 minutes. Bad customer service. like how dare this old bag have to wait like everyone else. and 5 whole minutes! why the world must be coming apart at the seams. and i guess she bitched at my cashier too. good god. she needs a dick in the ass hardcore. the same one that the other woman needs to eat.
