PERSONALLY...

004) What skill or quality do you have that benefits others the most? My ability to figure out puzzles and think up interesting ways to deal with a problem would probably be my most helpful qualities in a variety of situations.
005) Are you the leader, follower, loner, or come to leveled agreements? I am generally the one to make sure that everyone comes to a leveled agreement. If I think that the general consensus is heading towards a mistaken decision, however, I usually step in as the leader.
006) When working with someone, what traits are you looking or hoping they have? I'd hope that the person would be trustworthy, hardworking, friendly, open, and imaginative.
007) What traits turn you away from successfully working with someone? People who are closed-minded drive me nuts, because there is never just one right way to view something. >>;
008) Of the following, what is or are your roles?
- Sharper; a person who is full of drive to make things happen. Often happy, make their views known, don't mind being challenged, but also ready to challenge others ideals.
-Plant; a person who comes out with the original ideas and does not follow traditional means. Imaginative and see what others often can not.
- Resource; has the strongest contacts, information, knowledge, and support.
- Implementer; organized and effective in managing tasks and plans. Logical and disciplined.
-Team worker; most aware of other's needs, concerns, or unhappiness. Sensitive and supportive, trying to reduce conflict and keep peace.
-Completer; keeps time limit and deadlines in mind and makes sure others are aware of this.
-Evaluator; strategic and judges the situations from all perspectives. Tries to critical of all things.
- Specialist; specializes in certain skills and knowledge, but tends to take these as priority and the most important.
- Finisher; sticks to deadlines, gets things done even if they must take the task on. Irritated by others who do not put their own effort.

I'd be the plant, team worker, completer, evaluator, and finisher.
009) After completing a task, what do you do for yourself or for your partner/team? I'd make sure that everyone knew that they all did a good job and then find something for us to do that would be a treat to everyone. Positive reinforcement is key.

TRUST...

010) Do you feel most comfortable working with a certain gender? I get along better with males that with females. I have five younger brothers that I have to get along with on a daily basis, after all.
011) Is it important to be friends before or after working with someone? It depends on the kind of work, but being friends beforehand would definitely make things much easier.
012) For there to be success, what is most important? You always have to keep your goal in mind and do everything that you can to reach it, regardless of what distractions may arise.
013) What environment is best to work in? A very stressful one forces you to stay on task.
014) How would you prefer your partner and you to tackle a project or problem? Artistically, analytically, conventionally...? Imaginatively, by far. It's fun to think up creative ways to handle the various problems that we run into in life, and it makes things far less dull.
015) If there were any distractions, would you be caught in them or be the one to snap your partner out of it? I'd be the one to snap my partner out of it. I'm pretty focused when I know that something is important.
016) For you to work with them again, what impression must they leave on you? They'd have to be someone dependable and open. I would abhor being out of the loop if my partner decided to keep something secret, and I would need to know that I could trust him/her to do what needed to be done.

BETRAYAL...

017) If the opportunity to leave your partner for another or work alone came up, would you? No. It's important for the the two of us to stick together.
018) Do you hold information back from someone if it would directly effect the way you both work? Probably. Some things don't need to be said until after the current job is finished.
019) Would you take things that happen between your partner and yourself on a personal level? More than likely. I have a hard time staying impartial to things.
What do you do if...
020) Somehow, news that your partner is using you to complete the task, but take all the credit reaches you. I'd be seriously pissed off and immediately interrogate my partner to figure out what exactly was going on.
021) Something personal has happened to your partner that makes them unable to work or help? I'd do my best to help him/her get over it, then do however much I could of the work myself.
022) Something has gone wrong and someone needs to take the blame? If it was my fault, I'd take responsibility. If it was my partner's fault, then he/she would have to confess. If it was neither of us who were at fault, I'd try to make the blame equal. In all cases, a detailed description of how things ended up as they were and how we could avoid making the same mistake(s) next time would be in order.

PACT...

023) Hey! Pin Slammer is the hottest thing! Take a break and play with your partner? Sure! It's a fun game, and we all need some time off at times.
024) What two characters in Subaseka/TWEWY do you think make the best partners and why? I'd have to say Neku and Shiki make the best partners, although Beat and Rhyme fix up each other's problems pretty well. There is an admirable level of trust and loyalty shared between the two of them.
025) Who would be the most difficult character for you to trust to play beside in the Reaper's Game and why? Probably Joshua. The rest of the characters are fairly predictable once you know their personalities, but Joshua is just...iffy. I'd get annoyed with him very quickly, and I'd constantly be on the edge while trying to figure out what exactly his goals were.
