Marine Corps Diet

Mar 01, 2006 18:24

Yeah, so today is the last day of my diet. This week ive been trying what's called The Marine Corps Diet and it goes as follows:

Day One
Breakfast:
1/2 grape fruit
1 slice toast
2 table spoon; peanut butter

Lunch:
1/2 cup of tuna fish
1 slice toast
coffee or tea

Dinner:
2 slices of any meat
1 cup of string beans
1 cup of beats
1 small apple
1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Day Two
Breakfast:
1 egg boiled
1 slice of toast
1/2 banana

Lunch
1 cup of cottage chesse
3 saltine crackers

Dinner:
2 boiled hot dogs
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Day Three:
Breakfast:
5 saltine crackers
1 slice of cheddar chesse
1 small apple

Lunch:
1 hard-boiled egg
1 slice toast

Dinner:
1 cup of tuna fish
1 cup of cauliflower
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

This diet is a chemical breakdown and is proven. Do not substitute or change any of the above foods. Put no other seasoning in the food. There are no restrictions other than common sense.

The diet is to be done 3 days at a time. After 3 days you can go back to your normal eating haibits. After 4-5 days of normal eating start back the diet. You can loose up to 40 pounds in one month.

Excercise regularly with your diet and continue to excercise when you go back to eating normal.

Remember, 3 days at a time.

Not too hard if you think about it, only 3 days. Just tried it out to see if it works. I lost 6lbs over the 3 days even though that can probably mostly be attributed to water weight and perhaps lean tissue. If I did it again next week im pretty sure i'd probably lose even more. But I don't need/want to. yeah
