[Seborga's week-long grounding for drinking cheap wine out of a holy artifact is almost up, but God almighty is he bored.  He's been going to school like he's supposed to in order to avoid getting droned, but most of the lessons are either boring or over his head, and he spends a lot of his time in class asleep.  So out of sheer boredom and slight stir-craziness, he's taking to the phones on Thursday.]
