I am not going to respond over there because really, it's just not worth my time and I am too busy working on a new game to bother with fielding comments from Anons. I will, however, reiterate one thing:
In regards to the issue of hate speech: Rape jokes have been told in the chat besides Jigglypuff that have bothered others quite a lot, as clearly stated by the OP of the post which started this conversation to begin with. She also explained that when people objected to their use, their concerns were invalidated and disregarded and that she had an issue with this. As such, I focused on an angle that considered whether or not the chat is an appropriate environment for rape jokes, which I clearly have stated it was not. I also argued that if you are going to tell a rape joke, you must be aware what that rape joke itself does. I further argued that I had no intention of wanting to censor anyone or take away their ability to tell a rape joke or a racist joke, or a homophobic joke; rather, I felt it was important for people to be considerate of others when they do tell jokes like that and are aware of what those jokes can do.

Things I DID do:
- Argue that rape is not funny and is not something that is appropriate to joke about.
- Argue that there is a difference between telling a rape joke and a joke about cannibalism.
- Argue that telling rape jokes are intrinsically harmful due to the normalization and acceptance of rape through the telling of a joke, and that such jokes will lead to worse situations.
- Argue that rape jokes can be triggering and harmful to victims who suffer from PTSD.
- Argue that if you are going to tell a rape joke, or any kind of hate joke, you must be aware of what that joke will do.
- Argue that there is a difference between a joke and satire.
- Ask for more consideration, awareness, and kindness to each other by being mindful of what you say and thinking before you speak.
- Tell anyone that they are wrong for not agreeing with me because they have not been raped.
- Try to censor anyone and take away their right to tell a racist, sexist, homophobic, ageist, ableist, classist, and/or rape joke or any other kind of hate joke.
- Try to tell anyone what they should think of rape itself as a subject.
- Attempt to tell anyone that Somarium is a bad place because I am a rape victim. Fuck that, Somarium is a GREAT game in terms of the premise. I just happen to think the moderation policy is pretty shitacular. See this post for reference.
- Anything else the Anons on RPS have accused me of that is not in this post.
