Pip Pip, Cheerio!
So I have about two more days left here in Encinitas before I leave for England. Here is the itinerary :
*Head up to Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon in order to be at the LAX Airport in plenty of time for a 6:00 flight.
*Land in Manchester England who knows when... from there we drive to the Llangollen Canal (which is partially in England and mainly goes through Wales) in which we spend a week on a small canal boat going about 3 miles an hour. Sounds like fun? I'll try and keep my sanity by exploring the cute little towns, sightseeing, shopping and hittin' up the pubs! :)
*After a week of boatin' we travel back up to London (the part I'm MOST excited about)!! But the bummer is that we only stay at the lovely Hilton in London for three days. So let me get this straight, we spend a week on a boat with nothing to do, then when we go to a large city with millions of things to do, we only stay there for three days. Who planned this vacation? I guess I'll have to take that up with my Aunt and Uncle.
*From London, we go back to the Wales area and stay in some of the bed&breakfast places and, I have no idea what else we'll do there.
Fifteen days with people over the age of forty... eeeekk. I'm used to being the only 'kid' on these vacations, but this one would be a lot more fun if there was someone remotely around my age. Who am I supposed to slam down pints Guiness with? My mom? Sounds like a blast. Hey, maybe if I'm lucky I'll meet a hott British guy, with a cute little English accent to show me around the city. I can only hope.
Anybody need anything from England? Maybe if you're good I'll bring back souvenirs ...
