Oh, Thomas. That picture is absolutely magnificent. You're right, I think it really does say it all. Rarely have I seen such an honest capturing of a person.

I understand completely why you didn't tell me about Peter and Aly, and I think you were quite right not to. It was much better to let it come out in its own way. I'm sorry you had to be burdened with that knowledge beforehand, though. It certainly couldn't have been easy. I'm glad everyone's doing reasonably well, though. And thank you for letting me know about Deirdre. Today wasn't an easy one, but having Peter back I think made all the difference. She's doing very well.

I'm glad you're not upset. I knew you'd understand. As for being burdened with the knowledge...I suppose it was a good thing because I was able to tell Aly she needed to tell Peter. I think it would have taken longer to come out otherwise. She was understandably afraid. Poor thing.

Having Peter back, I am sure, makes all the difference for a great many people.

It does. Peter is hurt, but he knows she didn't hurt him on purpose. She wouldn't do that. I think...me not being angry at her is setting a precedent or something. Because, you know...he's my Peter. And I can understand what she did. Just...lying to him about it is not on.

I think you've set a very good precedent. We don't need to be angry at each other now. What's needed is understanding, and I think you laid fantastic groundwork for that. I think we all have the ability to understand this, we just need to accept that we do. It's good that we have your example to follow.

I do, however, believe you have nothing to worry about when it comes to Peter letting anyone else touch, feel, hear or smell your album. He threatened to bite me! And then I suggested that maybe he was just hungry and he thought I was hilarious. Sometimes his humour scares me.
