2007 DC restaurant week - 8/14-8/20

I've gotten words that the DC Restaurant week of 2007 will be from 8/14 to 8/20.
A lot of excllent restaurants will be participating this year, including some of the fanciest places in DC.
For those of you who haven't heard of this, participating restaurants will feature prix-fix, 3 ( or sometimes more ) courses meal at $20/person for lunch, $30/person for dinner.
Jeff and I went to several restaurant week restaurants and were not disappointed at any of them*.
Most of the places we went to will let you pick just about any item off their regular menu to make the prix-fix selection. Some may charge a small fee for more expensive items on their menu.
Overall it's a great deal, since a lot of these restaurants usually charges 25-30 just for the dinner entrée, some cost even more.
DC Foodies is doing coverage on restaurant week restaurants with growing list of menus of some of the restaurants.

For this year we're planning to visit at least 2 restaurants, The Cacus Room, Corduroy and perhaps either Kinkead's or Café 15 if we can get reservation.

*Except Kaz Sushi Bistro. It's not their food wasn't good, I just felt that their restaurant week menu was half-hearted effort.  $30/person for sushi is only a bit less than some other sushi places'd charge for Omakase meal, which are a lot more impressive  than Kaz's restaurant week offering. That being said, I'd probably visit them during restaurant week if they charge $30 for Omasake type of meal with good ingredients.
