total fail at finding spoilers

I think my spoiler finding mojo is broken. Apparently there are actual spoilers for Sherlock ep 3x03 out there somewhere beyond the 'something's gonna happen to someone', but I can't find any.

Anyone? Feel free to spoil me in the comments! Please!
