I've been watching History Channel's Ancients Behaving Badly. Can't decide whether to laugh or cry. They have psychiatrists analyzing the psyche of Caesar and Caligula and Alexander the Great and horrified professors talk about incest and murder omg!

'He'll learn that life is cheap' is my favorite line in all the documents. Oh hello! Life was cheap. We can't judge 2000 years old events and people by modern standards.

Methos did say it best. :) Times were different, McLeod. You don't need to be a professor to get that. Hell you can be a cool character in a fairly crappy show to make such a statement and it still works better than these awesome 'documents'.
