I need to change some things...
How do I do that? I've put my cat on a diet because I think he's a bit chubby, and it occurs to me I wish it was that easy for me. Someone to just be able to say, I think you need to eat this much less food per day, and then by jove I'd lose the weight. I wonder if I can do it for myself? I wonder if I'll ever lose the weight...

Hmm..... I feel ambitious.. I can do this, I can.

I've got lots of things in my life on track all of a sudden, can I get my health in order too?
