Orchestra trip
wow what a weekend-
Fri- came to school late but deena had already set up the seats on the bus for us so that was nice. On the 7hr, or so, bus ride we tried to entertain ourselves. In scatagories i think brisson won, although all my words were adverbs! not adj. anyways...we stopped for lunch at burger king and it felt like we stopped there everytime we came to a rest stop so I now cant stand bk. not much happened in the bus the rest of the way, at least that i can remember...We got to the hotel and it was sooo nice.no wonder y it was 430(although they just gave us $10 back everytime we went to a reststop to eat). went to the steakhouse thing after the hotel and it wasnt bad except we got there with like 10 min to eat, and everyone(including all the chaperones) except that tour lady wanted to just stay later...ended up going to the cleveland orchestra just before it started so that was nice and then i look at the program and theres only 3 songs! They're only 10, 17 and 45 minutes long.....yessss. Went back to the hotel and the curfew was only 1130 so we didnt really get to do anything that night. OOOOO i forgot about nyssma, yeah we kicked ass - gold w/ distinction..i think that was the best we played those songs..ever.
Sat- went to the rock and roll hall of fame..not much to do there it was pretty much just stuff to look at, and the giftshop was prob the best place there, so thats where i got all my gifts for the trip. Went to the compitition and we didnt even sound close to the one on fri. Yet we somehow managed to get 2 of the 4 superiors out of 17 schools there....o yeah and john won an individual award too :). went to the "award ceremony" which was pretty much just dinner...Me and josh we "trying" to learn manners from mike robb and eventully josh had spit some peas at him(that landed on his shoe), while i shook my steak at him. Came home and the extended the curfew to like 12..how generous. we went down to the pool for awhile and went in this schorching hot tub. All of a sudden connell show up with a camera, what a stalker, and im still wondering how he knew we were all down there. Anyways, i was sitting in the hottub, alone, with 8 girls when connell walked in so he took that picture...and i soooo call it. went to our room with our shorts pulled up wicked high so it looked like we had just the towel. at the elevator some guy comes out and is like....great 3 naked guys...u had to be there. Again we scared mike when he saw us but not on purpose this time. from like 11-12 we went to jill, angie, rachel, and michelle's room..i think thats who it ws and watched SNL. that was fun, and i think thats the night when rachel put whip cream on the back of my hat and i wipped the wipped cream back at her off my hat and it hit her right in the eye..what a shot. forced back to our rooms after sucessfully hiding from the chaps.(just to see if we could do it) played the trash can game which took like 3hrs..which for the first time, i won :). Later that night, was when chris was having fun with the bottle and his pee, until i hid it and went to sleep. and we also put a ton of hot sauce on kyle's mouth but he never woke up.
Sunday- (have to get going to math so ill finsh in a bit.)
