It's just Lavi being utterly marvelous.

And Kanda's very Existence makes a name for himself. When my friend told me what it was he'd said to Tiedoll I was smiling so wide my nose hurt. I don't know how that even works, biologically. And him with the writing on the back of his hand, oh man, I just want to poke him and giggle.

That had better be a laugh of joy. I loved the descriptions of the activities; it felt like a short vacation just to read it. And the boating incident rang a familiar bell. My friends took me out to walk around the city during my birthday last year, and we messed about near the canals too. They didn't have boats to rent for use, but we waved at houseboats chugging past, and broke onto an abandoned one. We also tried becoming duck-whisperers (I swear I was most successful). So I could just really see them on the boat, being frilly.

And I'm very sure I should find Lavi giving Kanda corny in some way, but the near-grave way it was handled gave it depth I did not know a new pet warranted. I utterly loved it.

Though, uh, do you prefer for me to gush about it here or on FF.net?

OTL lavi really likes to push buttons, but he knows very well what he's doing. and so does walker. i mean, allen. guh. kanda has fully infiltrated my head.

And the cut-out. I can't believe I forgot to mention the cut-out. The cut-out, it will be stolen, and revered as god in some cult somewhere. I can just tell. And the title, which is pretty perfect. And I don't understand what's supposed to be wrong at the end ?_?

... And I think the longer I think about it the more I will want to talk about this story. Oh dear.

orz the cut-out. i just read an omake from the dgm manga that features the cut-out of kanda made by theodore, so i was like aahhhhh lovely, absolutely lovely!
