After work I'm going to clean the bathroom. I think. Maybe. I bought a Swiffer Wet Jet, so that should make me more likely to follow through, right?
I've woken up with a headache every day so far this week. I think it's because it's been foggy in the mornings.
Haven't seen the second rat since that initial sighting, but we have caught five mice on the glue traps in the meantime.
Did I mention I'm going to be an aunt again? My youngest brother's wife is expecting a girl come the holidays. I'm slowly working on a blanket and layette in the evenings.
Last night I tried to clean up my aquarium. I think my betta and snail aren't going to make it. The algae is just so far beyond my control. Ethel keeps yelling, "Get a freakin' pleco!" but my tank is only 5 gallons, so I'm hesitant to do so. My back-up plan if they die (and I expect that by the weekend) is to pull all the plants out, get some sand for the strata and start all over, this time with shrimp.
