Call it lack of attention, stupid male bravado, or even exhaustion. Doesn't matter, as the end result is the same.
With any luck, the scar won't be too bad.
Basically, I burned myself when some hot oil splashed onto my left arm while cooking supper on Saturday. Details on the how are not important. Suffice it to say I could have and SHOULD have been more careful. To top it off, I was wearing long sleeves, but had them rolled up at the elbow. :-/
I currently have gauze, ointment, and a stretchable wrap covering the burn to make me functional at the keyboard.
Not looking for sympathy here. I know it was dumb.
