I've been watching couple new anime. Outta the news one released this month are Rec and Binchou tan.
I suggest watching both their pretty short about 11 mintue long and are only about 80 to 90 MB. So you should be able too download them pretty fast, I think.
Rec is about Girl trying to be a seyiuu or Voice Actor.
Binchou Tan is about little girl and how life is for her. Eps 1 is pretty cute it show you what Binchou tan does everyday.
Very Cute and relexing anime and has a Nice OP done by Coorie the song called Iroha.
