The first chapter of Women in Clothes is three pages worth of questions which I thought would make a fabulous meme. Or more likely, several memes.
1. What is the most transformative conversation you have ever had with someone on the subject of fashion or style?
2. With whom do you talk about clothes?
3. Do you think you have taste or style? Which one is more important to you?
4. Would you say you "know what you like" in the area of fashion and clothing?
5. Can you say a bit about how your mother's body and style have been passed down to you or not?
6. What is your cultural background and how has that influenced how you dress?
7. Did your parents teach you things about clothing, dressing and style?
8. What are some things you admire about how other women present themselves?
9. Do you care about lingerie?
10. What is really beautiful for you?
11. Are you good at judging whether what you buy will end up being worn, or not?
12. What's your process getting dressed in the morning? What sort of things are you considering?
I have to go out now, but I'll be back with my answers later. I'd love to hear yours. Feel free to answer some or all of the questions, as you want.
