upate for the month :P
What I’ve been up to in the last month:

Have come to the conclusion that I hate my work. Really absolutely hate it. -
Saw Mirrormask and Chronicles of Narnia. Loved both. -
Got lots of shiny stuff for Christmas (which I spent with C, and it was lovely) and New Years - books (‘Angry White Pyjamas’, Mirrormask script book, ‘Anasi Boys’, ‘Players and Gentlemen’), an lcd tv + a div x enabled dvd player that also supports usb and memory stick things (I might have mentioned this before), tea, a cute little tiny soft toy dog (someone knows me too well = awww), and just to add to how absolutely spoiled I already am sometime in February I’m being taken to see the Lion King. -
My room is now green, has a shiny picture with kanji (autumn), and a puurty candle holder, new REALLY nice blanket sort of thing and 2 matching pillows. -
Have gotten bitchy about random things. Mostly because I’m TIRED and not getting any rest, and working 3 days a week (4 this week) and not getting paid enough. So all of my emotions are screwy at the moment and in need of sleep. But otherwise I’ve gotten used to some other things and tend to not overreact as much (on certain topics). -
One of my old semi childhood friends, whom I haven’t really interacted with in years, has joined aikido. It’s FUN. Will still likely be the only girl at the dojo for during the semester :( = am not looking forward to that at all. -
Yesterday, I finally did a REALLY _GOOD_ forward roll. Seems that all I really needed to do to make sure that my hand didn’t collapse (or touch the ground, which is what caused it to collapse) is that I needed to spin/go faster. My theory is that doing high falls has caused them to become better, because I finally understood what I was meant to be doing ^__^ (didn’t even take me 12 months). -
On the 6th or sometime it will be exactly a year since I started aikido. -
Own a super!comfy pair of super!expencive cargo pants from Ojay, a jacket from Cue that I’m in absolute love with, and a fitted shirt from Marcs that I must find an excuse to wear + a pair of sandals from Enzo Angliani that are comfy and haven’t rubbed my feet raw ^__^! -
Had an NY party. Was tiring. Cooked. Then felt terribly anti-social and wanted hugs and alcohol.
Today:

Went to random travel agency places. Student Flights had the BEST service by far - super friendly and actually enthusiastic. Flight Centre was okay, but the customer service representative was almost rude. Sta Travel downright had no service what so ever.
