(no subject)
I mentioned a pair of funky black and white arty tights a few journals ago well, I am happy to say I am now the proud owner and got the tights for free with my wonderful cherm:)
It was las week.. me and Amy had a few rounds to do then we jumped on a bus 23 and heading down to picadilly circus area, it ended up being a fun really nice day out as most of our days out together usually do , only yesterday we had a delightful picnic in finsberry park which was not planned either.
Anyhow cut a long storey short we got down there and I said to the guy can I have a pair of those blk and wht tights which were on the model displayed on the shop window. he said he had no more left ,so I said can you just give me those ones on the model he said they had a whole in them and not only that it would take him half an hour (this was bullshit btw) I said i dont mind I will pay less for them I just want the tights. He said ok come back 2mr and you can have them I thought shit friday thats Spitalfields but I have been wanting these tights sooo much so me and Amy did the trip again..the tights was still on the model. I said Hey Were back come to get the tights..
he said just one sec he took the tights of the model and gave them to Amy said give it to your mum.. I went over to go and pay him he said thats ok. I thought WAHEY..better get out quick still he could change his mind lol I took the tights from Amy and we headed down picadilly high Street I checked the tights out they were perfect no holes at all. They are hot and look even hotter on me :)
It kinda turned into a fun kinda day after that cause on the way home we took the bus and had to change to get another bus home, we went upstairs like we always do .I picked up a paper that was on one of the chairs I thought I might find a cheap flight to NYC in there. I opened up the paper and they had a massive article and photo of Spitalfields marketin there being being one of the best fashion markets in London, I made a joke to Amy saying we might see you in there then she said 'theres you ma'. I said 'what'and looked at the photo again then noticed my stall was right at the front of the photo with me standing at the stall.. I was actually sending a text at the time, but you could see me and all my designs in the best shoot ever..
Well to say I was in shock is not the half of it. I never even knew they were gonna be in the newspaper.
It was a gr8 surprise though.. Amy then proceeded to say to the whole bus my mums in the newspaper everyone lol
