I wish I could do what Batman is doing in my icon :(

I couldn't sleep, so at 5:30 am I exercised. Seeing that it rained, I pulled my blinds up and opened my windows, letting in the smell of rain and the sounds of the city waking up. I listened to it as I watched the morning news and exercised. If you close your eyes in the early morning and listen to the cars drive over wet streets, it almost sounds like the ocean.

It was pretty refreshing.

Then I showered, cleaned my room and did some dishes. And I'm still not tired. Luckily, I don't have to do anything today except e-mail some people. Thursday, Drew and I are going to get pierced (or so we've planned, who knows if anything will come up). Tentatively, I'm getting my navel done. Yes, I know it's feminine and yes I know some of the connotations, but I can't get anything else done and I'm not yet ready to get my ears done. Why? Because I know I'll want to gauge up and I'll want to do it immediately and that just isn't good. And I kind of like having the less traditional piercings without the traditional ones (ears.) Getting my belly button done will both satiate my want to get pierced, and is also easily hidden unlike anything else I could get and was considering (nose, lip, labret.)

Sunday the 28th to whatever July 2nd I'm working on a film with some people. I need to email and find out if I have to reserve sound stuff or not and see what's going on 100%. I don't really want to, but I said I would and it's a little bit too late to pull out now, haha. :P

I think I hear the pool guy outside now, doing whatever it is he does with the pool.

Oh! There were some pretty severe storms Friday and apparently back home in Wadsworth, a rather large tree branch introduced itself to my car's rear window and trunk, smashing both in but it's fixable. It wasn't drivable at the time anyway because the battery is dead, but still. Poor car. I couldn't help but laugh when my mom told me though. She said the branch took up a big portion of the driveway too and was too heavy to move. Crazy.
