also also, we had to remove one other from the wall on Sunday night b/c we'd be flagged for bad taste of the bosses found it on Monday, so that's why it's not in the above list.
for those of you who don't know what those words are all about, i'll tell you: i'm not allowed to say "oh midget" anymore b/c i've been told that it is offensive, so i'm auditioning new "oh ________" words. my incapability to find said word by myonesie has resulted on flagrant usage of "oh snap" which i abhor. if any of you have suggestions, please feel free to submit them in reply. the above words were submitted by KOREY, Patrick and hilary.

where to begin? well, let's start with worship. leading the team is...good. it keeps me busy; at any given moment i have one of three songlists in my head: one made for this week, one made for next week and one i'm making for the next week after that. not playing the guitar

has made the job a little more difficult and i'm having the prophesied trouble actually setting the time aside to go over things like i should. Saturdays are supposed to be worship days, but they keep getting et up with other things... birthday parties, sleep, parent meetings, enlightening conversations with people i never get to talk to anymore...sleep. so, i will have to redouble my efforts to be focused. beyond that, i'm immensely happy in my new position. i keep recording practice every week and listening to it after. it's really sad when you have to listen to yourself talk and you realize how you really sound... the phrases you over-use... the unnecessary comments made... *gasp* the shortness of your own temper...

also, i'm finding myself devoted to the following podcast: Calvary Chapel Carpinteria... if you have itunes, you can click on the podcast link in the upper left corner and get set up. i'm currently going through the series "The Agony of Victory" (you have to go back and look for it back in January, i think); it has changed my whole...everything. listen to it, guys. it is muy fantabuloso (even tho i know that's not a real word...and neither is "tho").
i'm still going to Sue's every monday... the cats are as clean and appreciative as ever - especially my Beau. this week we had a brand new serval kitt - just born Sunday. in the nursery there were four 3-week old servals, five 5-week old jungle cats, a 7-week old bobcat, plus a grown Raffika momma-cat with 2 4-day-old babies. Erin's now-grown owl has come back again. the last time they caught and re-released him, they took him 10 miles away! we tried to catch him again on Monday, but he wasn't havin' it.
side: alex, daddy is still sick, but he promised me he would be better next week. he and sue say hi and i told them to tell me to tell you to go to class. :)
other things are going on, but that is for another post.

in other news, i'm going to the Baran's to hang out with Tomara and some little Barans today. we've been trying to get together for forever and hopefully this time it'll work. i miss them muchly and we haven't been able to talk in like...6 months! the last time i tried to hang out with them, they weren't home and so i took a polariod of myself and left it on their door-wreath. my camera comes in handy...about once every eight weeks. :)
in other other news, rock the universe is going to...well...rock.
