Setting of Origin (country, year, planet name, descriptive, flowery language goes here if unknown specifically, approximate to our time): Modern-day Japan, specifically in Tokyo.
Typical Style of dress (pics are awesome): She's pretty hip and is into layering. She came to the island in her summer uniform, which is just a white blouse and gray pleated miniskirt, and a green and white pinstriped ribbon around the neck that she wears so the bow is to the side of her neck. Plus knee-high black socks and brown shoes. See this if you somehow can't imagine it. She always, always wears a black headband with these little X and star charms attached and dangling on the side, respectively. For casual wear, she wears skirts and dresses and stuff like on here and, if she's trying to impress Banjou someone, here!
Anything for aura readers/reiatsu users/sixth sense folks to pick up: Bekku can see "future calamities" when she looks into reflective surfaces at times, but on the island these "calamities" would be more... island-type calamities like OH NO GONNA GET STUCK ON A BOAT WITH SOMEONE--

What will incite emo? Maybe being reminded of her childhood where basically everyone hated her, but now she might learn to not be so emo from it.

How do they see the Island, in a symbolic, metaphorical sense: ...I'll get back to you on that one.
