Lets put this into numbers. *so i can keep track of my mind..
1. sehun is a brat. like the epitome of brattiness. But im not that surprised coz if he isn't, i dont think jongin would call him 'princess' ;p
2. so jongin/chanyeol kiss was recorded/photo-ed and leaked to everywhere and kris gv channi a silent treatment (bastard).
3. channie got bullied again but jongin was there to help him.
4. sehun is damn jealous and almost, ALMOST LEAKED chanyeol's pink note. HE DIDN'T BUT IT WAS HIM WHO LEAKED THE PIC/WTE OF CHANYEOL AND JONGIN KISSING WASN'T HE????
5. so sehun and jongin went to sm and sm cleared things (as in making a statement of something like this: the boy chanyeol seemed to be chummy abt in that club is his friend who's having troubled and dear kris wu's fiance was helping them.. am i rite?)
6. so after thats being taken care of, kris approached channie who's almost sleeping on the sofa.. (still a bastard to me coz fak you kris wu... you 're not man enough to face your feeling when the hell was half loose)
7. KRISYEOL DID THE DEED. mother father they did the did.. in a frustratingly way. It's plain sex yes. I think Kris is a little angry at chanyeol for saying it 'it's only sex' but cant help himself since chanyeol IS OFFERING. so yeah, their first time, finally happened and it's not rainbow sweet. but it's gratifying at least.
8. moved forward chanyeol and buddies r on winter vacation so they went to gangwon and ... ... ..before that, faker kris wu ga channie another silent treatment.. out of guilt and out of his own dilemma-tic feelings (stupid).
now now... me think chanyeol really think he's living in fiction and his story will end in another month. SO he really put himself into his supposed to (he think) character and play it as well as he could. he decided he wants it all w kris, but he also meant it as only, until the time is up (a bit stupid but for a normal teenager from the country, it's logically understandable). it's a little confusing tho, coz chanyeol know that kris have 'chanyeol playbook' and he also have 'kris playbook' but they both seemed to be playing on different ground. Chanyeol is playing in fiction while kris, trying to stay true in real life ( kris is trying to make it work, slowly, but true, he wants it to be real).
so where would they go from here???
9. and fak it. . your last sentence always KNOCK -ED ME OUT OF MY SEAT!!! this one is even more heartwrenching than that 'snow in canada you gonna see it yourself' in chapter7. dammit. chanyeol better start thinking beyond the six month term and kris better start doing his act which he supposed be doing since months ago omg.. or else they gonna be trapped in lost in translation, not a problem with fiction anymore >_<

i know ikno.. i havnt covered all grounds but uugggghh.. my mind is a mess already. this chapter has too many things.. >_<.. i feel dehydrated after reading it.. like as if i've just ran few miles in sprint. so imma gonna stop my comment/review at no nine ^__^.

on the bolded part; remember chanyeol is only mastering kris' playbook intermediate level, so he's not that expert enough to ... read kris' mind and what does kris want (resulting in his carelessness about sex).
but.
you're right, i admit. kris has a change of heart himself, that's why chanyeol's kris-intermediate-playbook should have a revision - but chanyeol is not there yet, so we have the not vanilla krisyeol sex. ahoy.
