Jonghyun lay quietly on the hospital bed, he lost count of the number of winters he had gone through without Kibum. He’s still waiting for him to come back to his side. He wanted wait until Kibum comes back but his health wasn’t allowing him to. He was still holding on to his last breath, waiting for that certain someone to come back.
He believes that Kibum will keep his promise and come back one day, that’s why he’s waiting even if he’s in the hospital. Jinki was sitting on the chair beside the bed.
“Jonghyun-ah. Just let me call Kibum back to see you one last time.” Jinki said in desperation as he didn’t want Jonghyun to leave this world with regrets. Jonghyun shook his head slowly.
“It’s okay, hyung. I want him to come back only when he’s ready.” He smiled weakly. Although in his heart he really wanted Jinki to call Kibum back, he didn’t say so.
