half an hour til the game...

Hmmm ok, what should I highlight...
For starters, I absolutely love jogging, or yogging, rather, around the lake with Emtem these days. I love being with Emtem in general, but that's besides the point heh, but I just looooove this time of year and the fall foliage is beyong glorious. Love it.

Yesterday we had the senior vs. faculty soccer game, which was quite amusing. I actually got the ball a few times, so that was exciting in itself...but yea, it was kinda nice to just be out there with the class...which also includes our girls second bonfire last night making s'mores ("s'more or less..." - Cafrine) and collecting fire wood in the pitch darkness with brookie cookie.

Sooo today I was all excited to give blood for the first time, being of age and all FINALLY. So I go through the process and whatnot, and as I'm on the bed about to do this thing, the nurses tell me that my veins are too wee, and that the needle was about the same size as the veins, so I actually wasn't able to give blood at all, and probably won't ever, since I can't really change the size of my innards. It's a bit of a bumbum, but such is life.

Speaking of bumbums, Tuesday was quite a big one, being beat my shipley in the last 5 minutes of an amazing game, and then they go ahead and get their stupid goal, and proceed to beat ANC yesterday in a corner after the time is called...it would have been awesome to win FSLs senior year, especially against ANC since they took it from us last year, but when I walked off the field after my last high school hockey game, I wasn't crying bc I lost, I was so incredibly happy with how we played, I just got a bit nostalgic over the fact that I've been playing with these girls for 6 years (as Bos said, 1/3 of our young lives hah) and its just incredibly sad when things like that have to come to an end. But at least we have indoor league!!

So right now I'm sitting in Kathy's dorm room waiting to go over to the ice rink to see her hockey game this evening, and tomorrow morning I'll maybe get to meet John's new squeeze while they're up here visiting from college...then horseback riding with EMTEM out in some random but supposedly beautiful place in kennett square, quite looking forward to that one.

Speaking of looking forward to things...HP4 in 2 weeks? I can hardly WAIT.

Speaking of....hardly...WAITING....I've waited far too long to see CB. caaalll meee
