We've got the usual "BUT IT'S UNHEALTHYY":
i think its annoying as hell when people are like YES FAT PEOPLE FOREVER

fucking lose some weight. i dont care how comfortable you are with your size, it doesnt change the fact that it's unhealthy.

Then there's "you can be fat but you don't have to be THAT FAT IT'S UNHEALTHY/skinny/alcoholic people get dumped on just as much so shut up!"
