I get zts on my stomach somtimes- its acne, same stuff I have on my chest and shoulders.

Nope. I had it baaaad- face, neck, shoulders, back, stomach, hips... dermatologist loved me. Its mostly gone now, but they still pop up.

Some of us just seem to be spotty.
