That's actually part of an old George Carlin bit. It was something like,

The Catholic League is barely a step above the Weekly World News, and headed by a man with the some complex as Fred Phelps, but, (and this is important) with rosaries.

The saddest part is when people say "Oh, Catholic League - they must be okay" and actually trust the little nutjobs.

Then Donohue had a joint press conference with a Rabbi and they kissed each other's asses... and later Donohue trashed the Rabbi, and the "Jews who run the museum", as well as the "Jew lawyers of the ACLU" (who were defending the artwork's display). Backstabbers don't earn my respect.
