The thing that creeps me out about it is her son can remember when he was breastfeed. I'm all for breastfeeding... but I think doing it at an age where your kid is old enough to remember it has a bit of an ick factor!

well, he made that comment because I admitted to having racist tendencies in a previous thread (which everyone does to some extent really) and I was just saying why the majority of it came about. I was evicted then homeless in minnesota and it was -60 outside. I really didn't have many options.

Hee - good point. My memories start around age one and a half, and I'm so glad I was already weaned by then because I do not want to remember nursing. I love my mother, but not that much.
